Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation. Our proprietary AI-driven patient recruitment and enrollment platform for oncology clinical trials eliminates traditional enrollment barriers and accelerates life-saving research.

About Our HR and Talent Team

We’re the core HR & Talent team at Massive Bio; 2 people team who own every aspect of our global employee experience. One of us leads all things Talent, the other drives HR operations. Together, we’re builders at heart, shaping the company’s culture and growth through actions that deliver real business value.

This internship is not about covering simple work or sitting through endless meetings. You’ll drive our team forward, helping make us accountable and cultivating best practices in HR, operations, and recruitment.

Your work will help us:

  • Coordinate global HR and recruitment activities
  • Own and manage communication with HR and rest of the business
  • Drive candidate and interview coordination
  • Shape processes that actually help us hire better, faster, and smarter

If you learn quickly and take ownership, you’ll even own interviews, representing Massive Bio and leading candidate conversations.

What Your Weeks Look Like

Expect high-ownership projects:

  • Recruitment activities, candidate pipeline tracking, and communications you will actually own
  • Shadow and run interviews (once ready)
  • Receive direct written tasks, daily assignments, and rapid feedback
  • Analyze recruitment and HR data to advise on process improvements
  • Help build out talent and HR processes globally
