Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial stability. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in NY City, our passionate changemaker team is looking for several new hires for various remote roles.
As an essential part of the Clinical Operations Team based in Latin America, you will forge meaningful connections with cancer patients and work collaboratively with diverse teams to facilitate their enrollment in the most suitable clinical trials. At Massive Bio, the work environment fosters ongoing cooperation among clinicians, clinical oncologists, patient recruitment experts, business intelligence managers, and artificial intelligence developers.
As a vital member of the Clinical Operations Team, this role will be reporting directly to the Executive VP of Global Clinical Operations.
The primary duties will include:
Evaluating oncologic patients.
Utilizing our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for matching patients to appropriate clinical trials.
Leading the case management team across the United States and internationally.
Generating detailed reports on patient matching outcomes.
Assessing and enhancing the quality of work performed by case managers.
Patient follow-up via phone call, text or email.
Candidate profile:
Medical degree with a minimum of two years’ experience in patient care and research.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is an additional advantage.
Prepared to work flexible hours and go the extra mile as required.
Deep understanding of various healthcare data types such as claims, EMR, and NGS testing, crucial for patient and disease identification.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiar with common applications.
