Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in New York, NY, our passionate change-making team is looking for remote team members.
We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Provider Marketing Specialist (or Manager). This role will play a pivotal role in marketing our clinical network and medical services to physicians across the United States. The successful candidate will possess a diverse skill set and demonstrate proficiency in executing a wide range of marketing initiatives aimed at reaching healthcare providers at scale. From securing placements in industry publications to organizing onsite events and beyond, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact and drive growth for our organization. This role requires a candidate who is resourceful, proactive, and willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. The ability to think outside the box and leverage a variety of marketing tactics and channels to reach healthcare providers at a scale will be critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our clinical network and medical services to physicians nationwide.
  2. Identify and pursue opportunities to engage with healthcare providers through various channels, including industry publications, conferences, webinars, and social media.
  3. Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including physician associations, medical societies, and thought leaders, to amplify our brand's presence and influence.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align provider marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives.
  5. Plan and coordinate onsite events, roadshows, and other promotional activities to introduce our medical services to physicians in targeted markets across the country.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of provider marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities to inform and enhance provider marketing efforts.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support the execution of marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on promoting services to physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and dynamics impacting provider engagement and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
