Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in New York to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial stability. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Our passionate changemaker team is looking for a Growth & Operations Manager to join our team in Istanbul, Turkiye. As a member of the Growth & Operations team, the Growth & Operations Manager will be key to focusing on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and the development of Massive Bio's growth efforts in all markets.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Growth & Operations, you will:
- Achieve patient funnel efficiency by trial with the KPIs provided by the Co-founders; efficiency needs to be achieved with the minimum time and cost
- Understand the patient journey by trial and resolve any issues that limit funnel efficiency.
- Analyze and improve all processes and sub-processes for patient identification, pre-screening, and last-mile concierge enrollment
- Lead the interdependencies among Clinical Ops, Data Analytics, Marketing, Product, and Business teams to improve funnel efficiency and achieve trial-specific KPIs.
- Ensure all funnel processes comply with GCP, local regulations, and internal SOPs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, Growth, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or Consulting role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team of at least three full-time employees. Has strong case studies where the candidate has demonstrated a material impact on improving lead flow revenue, cost, and capital efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on data mining experience using Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus).
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working independently and across distributed teams. Must have participated in global projects before and have the ability to work in US hours.
- A background in healthcare or life sciences is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, natural curiosity, and ability for creative problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Living in Istanbul, preferably on the Anatolian side.
- Work location is Kozyatagi, Istanbul; at least 2/3 days a week at the office.
