Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial stability.  Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in NY City, our passionate changemaker team is looking for a Account Manager working remotely in USA.     
As a key member of our Provider Engagement Team, you will be joining our team in United States of America, and your responsibilities will pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with physicians, explaining our platform's benefits, and ensuring successful engagement in clinical trials. The position also includes data management responsibilities, strategic analysis, and regular reporting.

Reporting to the CFO, Head of Strategy, you will:
  • Contribute to the Provider Engagement Team’s efforts to conduct strategic mapping for physicians based on therapeutic area and location and identify the targeted physicians relevant to Massive Bio’s contracted Clinical Trials.
  • Visit clinics and healthcare facilities across the United States to engage with physicians and medical professionals.
  • Educate healthcare providers about the features and advantages of the Massive Bio clinical platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare teams.
  • Follow up with healthcare providers to track the outcomes and results of their engagement with our platform.
  • Update and maintain accurate physician interactions and outcomes records in the company's CRM platform.
  • Report on engagement progress, feedback, and insights to the medical network manager and VP for the team in the USA.


Candidate Profile
  • A bachelor's degree is required; a background in the medical field is preferred.
  • A background in Pharma, Biotech, or NGS with a clinical network of oncologists is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are much appreciated. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; a programming background or knowledge is a plus. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and technologies.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with conversational solid and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with charming personal and excellent communication skills.
  • Must be willing to travel for at least 1 - week per month to various states in the USA.
  • Must live in the USA and be a US resident or citizen.
