About Massive Bio
Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.

We're recognized as a leader in health-tech innovation. Massive Bio was featured as #4 in Fast Company's Startup 100 list for Turkey and has raised $24M total funding from impact-driven investors including Revo Capital, the International Finance Corporation, and Cavendish Impact Foundation, validating both our business model and our mission-driven approach.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Product Manager to own two parallel workstreams:

1. Launch: Reticulum Nexus Pulse

Reticulum Nexus Pulse is our next-generation data-driven product within the Reticulum Nexus platform a unified AI agent orchestration layer for the oncology patient journey. You will lead this product from definition through launch, working at the intersection of AI/ML, clinical operations, and data infrastructure.

2. Run & Improve: Core Product Suite

Alongside the new product launch, you will own the ongoing roadmap and delivery for modules across our existing oncology platform: Patient Connect, Clinical Network and CTMS. This means maintaining product health, shipping iterative improvements, and ensuring these systems continue to serve our clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient-facing stakeholders reliably.

You will work daily with Engineering, Data/AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement. This role carries real ownership: you'll define what gets built, negotiate trade-offs across teams, and be accountable for outcomes.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Delivery

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Reticulum Nexus Pulse from zero to launch.
  • Own the product lifecycle for Patient Connect, Clinical Network, CTMS, prioritizing enhancements, managing tech debt, and shipping features that measurably improve clinical trial matching, enrollment, and site performance.
  • Translate complex clinical and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute against.
  • Monitor post-release performance using product analytics and clinical outcome data; iterate rapidly based on what the numbers and user feedback tell you.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Run product development ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning) with engineering squads across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate with Data/AI teams on model integration, data pipeline dependencies, and AI feature requirements
  • Align with Clinical Operations to ensure product decisions account for regulatory nuance, site workflows, and the realities of oncology trial enrollment.
  • Manage external vendor relationships and delivery partners where they intersect with product development workstreams.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary product voice to leadership, translating technical progress and trade-offs into business-relevant updates for executives and board-level stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain alignment across a distributed organization where product decisions affect pharma partners, CROs, clinical sites, and patients simultaneously.
  • Create and maintain product documentation that serves as a single source of truth across teams and geographies.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, or platform products. Healthcare, biotech, or clinical trial technology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex products with multiple stakeholder groups, competing priorities, and technical dependencies.
  • Strong command of Agile delivery practices and the judgment to know when process helps versus when it gets in the way.
  • Experience working with data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products, including comfort with data pipelines, model outputs, and technical architecture conversations (you don't need to code, but you need to hold your own with engineers).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between clinical, technical, and business audiences.
  • Track record of shipping products end-to-end, from ambiguous problem space to launched, measured, and iterated product.
  • Experience working across time zones and cultures in a distributed team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with oncology, clinical trial operations, or patient-facing health technology.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to health data (HIPAA, GDPR, mCODE).
  • Technical background or prior experience as an engineer, data analyst, or technical PM.
  • Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern development stacks (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Vue.js).
  • Exposure to pharma or CRO partnerships and an understanding of drug development workflows.
