Front End Developer (Hybrid)

Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial stability. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in NY City, our passionate changemaker team is looking for a front-end developer to join our team in our Istanbul, Turkiye office.

Reporting to the Software Development Manager, you will:   

• Development: Develop and support software interfaces including implementation of user interfaces, improve user experience, implement high-quality designs, and new functionality enhancements.
• Quality: Develop high-performance, reliable, maintainable, easy-to-use, user interfaces.
• Customer focus: Build user interfaces with a strong customer focus and collaborate closely with your peers from product, backend, business intelligence, and quality assurance.

Candidate Profile:

• Batchelor's of engineering or related degree graduation,
• Min. 4 years of experience in Front-End libraries preferably Vue.js.
• Experience in Typescript.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Experience with HTML5, Webpack, CSS, LESS, SASS, SCSS, or similar pre-processors a plus.
• Experience with Bootstrap.
• Experience with Jira, and Agile for development processes, Git, and continuous integration.
• Bachelor's degree required, engineering is preferred or a related field.
• Proven results influencing stakeholders and displaying improvements.
• Ability to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood descriptions.
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, can-do attitude, ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Experience in healthcare technology is a bonus.
• High level of speaking proficiency in English to be part of international calls when needed.
• Living in Istanbul preferably on the Asian side.
• Work location is Kozyatagi, Istanbul; at least 2/3 days a week at the office.
